    Cream puff filled pastry cream.

Never know baking cream puff is that simple. very simple and delicious, anyone can make with a bow, pan and a wooden spoon. While making the puffs looks like a total mess, but keep mixing continuously. Mix mix mix, mix like crazy... this is the only work, it takes around  10 min of continuous mixing and 40 min of baking.
Filling cream puff can be a simple ice cream, Pastry cream, whipped cream icing, chocolate frosting or strawberry butter frosting

    3. When the butter is melter and it comes to a boil, add all the flour.

    9. Bake at 400F for 45 min.
    10. Remove from oven, and let it cool completely for another 20 min.
    11. Cut the soft cream horizontally into two, it forms a small boat.
    12. Fill in with Pastry cream inside, dust some confectionery sugar on top. .

With wet hand smooth the scoops on the baking sheet else the fine peaks on them will get burnt.

    About

I started learning cooking from my grandmother, Mrs. Gunaseeli, who gave me her recipes and tips and some measurement tools for making them. The red measuring cup that I use in my recipes was once owned by my granny. My grandmother is very passionate about cooking and travel. She has written many cook books. This blog is one way to document her writing and to make it available for everyone.
